Dear Volunteer:
The Twentieth Annual BLOOMINGDALE FAMILY FEST is just around the corner! The
FEST will be kicking off Thursday evening, June 26 at 5:00 p.m. continuing through Sunday,
June 29 at the same location as previous years, Springfield Drive south of Lake Street.
Volunteers will be needed to assist in the Information Tent. All volunteers will receive a
Family Fest T-Shirt donated by Bloomingdale Bank and
Trust, one entry (per shift volunteered) for exciting gift certificates donated by local
businesses, Food/Beverage coupons to be used on-site, and a packet specifying the location
and description of activities in the area in which you have volunteered.
If you would like to volunteer, please indicate on the attached schedule the dates, times and number
of shifts for which you will be available. Please return the schedule as soon as possible to the Business
Office of the Bloomingdale Public Library, located at 101 Fairfield Way in Bloomingdale. Shortly before
the Fest, you will be notified as to when and where you will work.
